Chicken boiled & shredded 👉 1cup (Boil chicken with 1tsp ginger garlic paste, 1 chicken cube & 1/2 tsp pepper powder) Noodles boiled 👉 1/2 cup Samosa sheets 👉 1 packet Corriander leaves chopped 👉 1/2cup Flour to make slurry 👉 2tbsp (To make slurry to seal the pattice mix 2tbsp flour with 4tbsp water. Mix well to get a thick paste) Ginger garlic paste 👉 1tsp Mozzarella cheese shredded 👉 1 cup Butter 👉 1tbsp Carrots chopped 👉 1/2cup Green chillies chopped 👉 2tbsp Capsicum chopped 👉 1/2 cup Chicken cube 👉1 Cheese slice 👉 8-10 Mayochup or mix mayonnaise & ketchup Salt to taste Oil for frying




Heat a pot on medium flame. Add in chicken cube and let it melt. Then add in the ginger garlic paste and sauté it till the raw smell goes off Add carrots, capsicum, noodles, green chillies & chicken. Mix all together and cook till the carrots are done and the water evaporates See to it that the mixture has no water in it. Cook till it is completely dry. Switch of the flame and keep aside to cool Transfer it into a bowl Once it’s cool enough add in the chopped Corriander leaves and mozzarella cheese Give it a nice mix. Our filling for the box pattice is ready. HOW TO FOLD THE PATTICE Take two samosa sheets and place them over each other to make a plus sign . One sheet should be placed horizontal and the other one vertical over it. Take half of the cheese slice and place in the centre of both the sheets Put some chicken and vegetables filling over it Top it up with mayochup Now fold the sheets into a box shape . Seal the edges with the flour slurry So that the cheese does not ooze out while frying the pattice Heat enough oil in a wok. Put in the prepared box pattice in moderately hot oil. Fry till golden and crisp on both the sides. When done remove and serve hot Relish it with your favorite dip or sauce.
